MOJITO CHILL


INGREDIENTS:
Green Chill from the syphon (chilled)
1 lime, cut into eighths
4 cl Rum
10 fresh Mint leaves
3 teaspoons white cane sugar
crushed ice


( ) Add the cut lime and mint to the cocktail glass and sprinkle with white cane sugar. Use a muddler to crush the ingredients together. Add crushed ice until the glass is 3/4 full. Top the drink off with samova Green Chill from the syphon.
