Our new and extraordinary two-level store boasts a total of 650qm. We have transformed the lower level into a unique tea lounge, with an open invitation to linger and indulge in some high quality shopping. The lower level can also regularly change it´s »look«. At least three times a year, based on images created by different samova tea specialities, a whole new world will be presented, with »Scuba Garden« visitors will submerge into an underwater world à la 007, Heidi’s Delight will take our guests to a fashionable lounge in the alps. White Night promises a crisp white ice ambiance ...
Tea tasting and purchasing no longer have fixed positions. Customers are free to wander around the lounge while samova Tea-Jays make and serve tea at mobile counters. Customers are encouraged to have direct contact with the product, how it´s made and best savoured.
Working behind glass and mainly visible to the public, the samova headquarters and creative department are located on the upper level of the store. In equal measures, the inspired and the inspirational spirit of this totally new retail concept forges forward. Customers can witness this creative work process and get drawn into it´s energy.
Realising our ambitious project not only includes developing events and social functions in the samova flagship store, but also selecting brands from music, books, fashion and lifestyle whose products complement those from samova.
At the moment the first phase of building is completed, the lounge and the tasting area with around 435m2, is open for our customers. By the end of the year it will all be completed.
