NATIONAL
We deliver per DPD to your household address. It is not possible to deliver post restate or to P.O. boxes. Generally your order will be dealt with one working day after it has been placed and sent the following day. Our flat-rate for postage and packing is EUR 6,00. Should your order be in excess of EUR 50,00 delivery is free. For orders with a goods value of less then EUR 15,00 there is an additional minimum order charge of EUR 3,00.
Should not all ordered goods be in stock, those that are will be sent to you as to the above terms. The remaining goods will be sent free of delivery charge. You will however be contacted, to check if this expresses your wishes or if you would prefer to wait for a complete delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are calculated individually and the customer informed by phone or e-mail, whichever is preferred. If you give us your v.a.t. identification number we will not charge v.a.t. |
