A tea dance dedicated to love

A Mothers Day tea dance in the dark red rooms of the opulent Berlin Savoy.

All you need is love – love is all you need! We wanted to make a point of the most important thing in the world - so we celebrated our tea dance No. 3 under the motto a “tea dance to love”

We chose the date for our hommage to stay true to our motto: The 11th of May was Mothers Day! For a fitting ambience we travelled to our Capital and celebrated in the wonderful deep red rooms of the Berlin Savoy Hotel.

We were able to relax with cake and conversation, sandwiches and mouth watering greeting drinks, tea specialities from samova and soothing salon music played live on the grand piano by Christian von der Goltz. We danced with our families and friends and honoured our most beloved to the smooth turntable feats of Josef Kwasnitza. Our absolute highlight was the unveiling of our newest samova speciality, Maybe Baby, an exquisite fruit mix grown in organically controlled conditions, which can be served in summer as a very refreshing long drink, or simply straight.

The friendly photographers from Olympus were also present at our tea dance, capturing all emotional moments with their digital camaras. These pictures can be viewed in our special Olympus Internetgalerie for tea dance No. 3.
