… in the Übersee Club in Hamburg. On the occasion of our third samova birthday and the world premiere of the newest samova tea creation, Alberta Rodeo, our tea dance No.7 started as a hot & spicy »Alberta Rodeo Dance«.
Our samova cowgirls 'n' boys transformed
the location on Hamburgs Binnenalster into a real Canadian dream. Thanks
to chili con carne, throwing the horseshoe and Indian dancing everyone soon
felt like a true cowboy from Alberta, Canada. In the saloon, sheriffs and
gunslingers alike smoked the pipe of peace, whilst sipping on an Alberta Rodeo
with a shot of old Canada whiskey and aiming a lasso at our new samova
chocolates. |

There was a great choice in confectionary delights, the highlight being
a masterly rodeo birthday cake, complimented with many other goodies from the
TOP5 confectioners Hamburg, the goldrush soon became a tea rush where even our
guests from the USA, Buffalo Bill and Billy the Kid turned into tea
connoissers.
Smart cowboy boots on the dance floor stepped in
time to mixes from sharpshooter DJ Sinan and were inspired by the musical
highlight of the evening, the Rockhouse Brothers show. Joe, Jamie and the
Wolfman, who managed to persuade even the most reluctant to abandom their
stools, as one hit followed another, played standing on the double bass or
dancing around the drum stool. |

Meier's Weltreisen kindly provided a cleverwoman.de trip as top prize for our high tension horseshoe throwing
competition, this went to Carlo Pohlhausen, one of the evenings most lively
dancers.
