Istanbul Nights Haselnuss-Brownies

Mit diesen Brownies kannst du deine Gäste wirklich überraschen, denn eine Zutat ist Istanbul Nights. Unser Schwarztee mit Minze und Gewürzen gibt den saftigen Brownies eine leicht orientalische Note!

Ingredients

120 g Rapsöl, Maisöl oder Butter

60 g Kokosöl

100 g Kokosblütenzucker

180 g Zartbitterschokolade

3 Eier

150 g Apfelmus

150 g gemahlene Mandeln oder Haselnüsse

1.5 Tablespoon(s) Speisestärke

2 Tablespoon(s) Istanbul Nights zerkleinert

Preparation

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Öl oder Butter mit Kokosöl und Schokolade bei mittlerer Hitze schmelzen und danach etwas abkühlen lassen.

2. Die Eier trennen, zu Eischnee schlagen und kühl stellen.

3. Eigelb und Zucker schaumig schlagen und mit Mandeln oder Haselnüssen und Apfelmus vermengen.

4. Die leicht abgekühlte Schokomasse unterrühren, den Eischnee unterheben und die Hälfte der Masse in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte rechteckige Form geben. Den Rest mit dem Tee vermischen und darüber verteilen.

5. Bei 200° (Umluft) ca. 20 Minuten backen.

6. Nach dem Abkühlen in Würfel schneiden. Die Brownies halten sich – theoretisch ;-) – einige Tage und sind auch gut aufgewärmt zu genießen.

7. Das doppelte Rezept reicht für ein Backblech.
