1 Packet(s) frischer Dinkelblätterteig (Tante Fanny 270 g)

200 g Fetakäse

1 Cup(s) aufgebrühter Istanbul Nights Tee

2 Tablespoon(s) Petersilie

1 Ei

1 Tablespoon(s) Sesam

Zubereitung

1. Ofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft) aufwärmen.

2. Blätterteig auf einem Blech ausrollen und in 6-8 gleich große Scheiben schneiden (Rechteckig/Quadratisch) und den Schafskäse in eine Schale geben und zerbröseln.

3. 1 Tasse Istanbul Nights Tee, 2 EL Petersilie und das Eiweiß vom Ei hinzugeben und verrühren. Das Eigelb in eine separate Schale geben.

4. Den verrührten und leicht cremig gewordenen Schafskäse auf den Blätterteig Scheiben gleichmäßig verteilen. Je nach Wunsch die Teigtaschen mit den Händen verschließen (einfach die Enden zusammendrücken).

5. Die Teilchen mit Eigelb, mit Hilfe eines Pinsels, bestreichen und anschließend mit Sesam garnieren.

6. Ca. 18 min bei 200 Grad im Ofen backen, 10 Minuten abkühlen lassen und servieren.
