800 ml Teekanne mit Maybe Baby
4 Bio-Äpfel
0.1 l Rohrzucker
440 g Mürbeteig
etwas Butter zum Einfetten

Preparation

  • Cooking time: 30 min

1. 1 Teekanne Maybe Baby zubereiten. 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.
2. Mürbeteig zubereiten, 1/3 des Teigs in den Kühlschrank stellen. Äpfel waschen, schälen, klein schneiden und in einen Topf geben.
3. Filter mit Teegut entnehmen und dieses mit dem Zucker zu den Äpfeln geben. Tee aus Kanne dazu gießen, bis die Äpfel leicht bedeckt sind.
4. Alles gut verrühren, aufkochen und bei kleiner Flamme 5 Minuten köcheln lassen, dann vom Herd nehmen.
5. samova Teegläser (0,1 L oder 0,26 L) einfetten. Kugeln aus dem Teig formen, in die Gläser geben und mit den Fingern ein- und dann am Glasrand hochdrücken (bis Oberkante Logo).
6. Fruchtmasse in die Gläser einfüllen.
7. Aus dem Teig im Kühlschrank kleine Würste formen und die gefüllten Gläser mit Kreis und Kreuz dekorieren.
8. Ca. 45 Minuten in den Gläsern backen und servieren.
9. Serviertipp: 
Mit Sahne oder Vanillesoße oder Vanille-Eis servieren.
