Ingredients

3 Teaspoon(s) Orange Safari

500 g Dinkel-Vollkornmehl

5 Eier

250 g Butter

110 g Rohrzucker

0.3 l Orangen-Limo

1 Pinch(es) Salz

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Die Butter in einem Topf zusammen mit drei Teelöffeln Orange Safari bei geringer Hitze auf dem Herd erhitzen, bis die Butter ganz geschmolzen ist. Dann die Herdplatte ausstellen und den Tee weiter in der Butter ziehen lassen.

2. Sieben samova Teegläser Dinkel-Vollkornmehl (500 Gramm) und je nach Geschmack 1-2 Teegläser Rohrzucker (110 bis 220 Gramm) in eine Rührschüssel schütten. Eine Prise Salz sowie die Eier dazugeben und alles mit dem Schneebesen oder der Küchenmaschine langsam verrühren.

3. Anschließend langsam die flüssige Butter (mit den ganz feinen Rooibosblättern darin) und danach eine 0,33L-Flasche Bio-Orangenlimo mit Kohlensäure dazugießen.

4. Alles zu einem sämig-flüssigem Teig verrühren und daraus mit einem Waffeleisen köstliche Waffeln backen!
