Chai-Vanille-Kipferl mit Space Cookie

Ingredients

70 ml Hafermilch

2 Teaspoon(s) Space Cookie

100 g gemahlene Mandeln

250 g Mehl

80 g Puderzucker

1 Teaspoon(s) gemahlene Vanille

150 g kalte Butter (optional vegan)

5 Tablespoon(s) Puderzucker zum Garnieren

1 Teaspoon(s) Zimt

Preparation

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Die Hafermilch in einem Topf erwärmen. Von der Platte ziehen und den Space Cookie Tee ca. 15 Minuten darin ziehen lassen. Chai-Milch abkühlen lassen.

2. Mehl, Mandeln, Puderzucker und Vanille vermischen. Die Butter in kleine Stücke schneiden und zusammen mit der Chai-Hafermilch dazu geben. Alles zu einem Mürbeteig verkneten.

3. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen und in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.

4. Den Teig in 3 gleich große Teile schneiden und zu langen schmalen Rollen formen. Die Rollen in ca. 2–3 cm große Stücke zerteilen und daraus Kipferl formen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.

5. Den Ofen auf 175 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen und die Plätzchen 10–12 Minuten backen. Kipferl mit Puderzucker mit Zimt Mischung mit einem Sieb bestreuen und genießen!
