Ingredients

6 Teaspoon(s) Space Cookie

400 g Brownie Grundteig

etwas Butter zum Einfetten

Zutaten Cookies

6 Teaspoon(s) Space Cookie

440 g Cookie Grundteig

Erdnüsse und Schokosplitter

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Backofen auf 175°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Brownie Grundteig zubereiten.

2. Zwei Messlöffel samova Space Cookie (entspricht 6 Teelöffeln des Teeguts) in einem Mörser oder einer Gewürzmühle zu Pulver zerreiben.

3. Teepulver zum Teig geben und gut unterrühren.

4. Masse in einen Gefrierbeutel füllen, eine Ecke abschneiden und Teig in eingefettete samova Teegläser (0,1 l) »einspritzen«. Backen, abkühlen lassen und im Glas servieren.

Serviertipp:

Mit Sahne, Vanillesoße oder einem Schuss Orangenlikör servieren.

Zubereitung Cookies

1. Vorheizen und Teig zubereiten (siehe oben).

2. Mit Erdnüssen und Schokosplittern verkneten.

3. Cookies formen und backen.

Genießen.
