Preparation
1. Pour the sparkling water into the carafe.
2. Add 8 eighths of a lime, mint leaves, and the cane sugar and lightly press down with a pestle or long-handled spoon.
3. For the Night version: now pour in the rum and the additional water. Stir everything well.
4. Fill the carafe about two-thirds full with crushed ice and screw the top of the TeaJay back onto the carafe.
5. Remove lid and pour 3 tsp. of the loose Team Spirit tea into the filter (closed at the bottom!). Bring water to a boil and pour over the tea good to the top of the bulge - let steep for 4 minutes.
