Berry Rose Icetea
Berry strong! And ice cold! Berry syrup, raspberries and blackberries, rose petals and our Wacken Days organic herbal/green tea provide the visual and taste highlight of the open-air season. A Ballad on the Rocks. Poison would sing: "Every Rose has its thorn".

Preparation
1. Unscrew the head part with filter system and pour the berry syrup into the carafe.
2. Fill to about 2/3 full with egg cubes and add the fresh berries and rose petals.
3. Screw the head part of the TEA-JAY onto the glass carafe. Remove the lid.
4. Pour 2 teaspoons of the Wacken Days Organic Herbal Green Tea into the filter (closed at the bottom!).
5. Boil water and pour over the tea. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
6. Then turn the handle in the lid counterclockwise to start the "on-the-rocks" effect.
7. Close the filter again and swirl the carafe gently. Pour and enjoy!
