Linseneintopf á la Boo’s kitchen

Ingredients

500 ml grüne Linsen

1 Zwiebel

3 Knoblauchzehen

2 Tablespoon(s) Tomatenmark

4 Cup(s) Wasser

0.8 l aufgebrühter Istanbul Nights Tee

1 Tablespoon(s) Margarine

2 Tablespoon(s) Petersilie

3 Teaspoon(s) Salz

1 Teaspoon(s) Pfeffer

Preparation

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Wasser im Wasserkocher kochen und 1 Teekanne (0,8L) Istanbul Nights vorbereiten.

2. Linsen in einen Topf mit 2 Tassen Wasser geben.

3. 400ml aufgebrühten Istanbul Nights Tee hinzufügen und 20 Minuten kochen lassen. Anschließend die Linsen leicht abwaschen und dann abtropfen lassen.

4. Die Zwiebel in kleine feine Stücke schneiden und gemeinsam mit den geriebenen Knoblauchzehen mit 1 EL Margarine im Topf anbraten (bei höchster Stufe).

5. Nun die Linsen hinzufügen & kurz verrühren.

6. Je 2 Tassen Wasser und 400 ml Istanbul Nights Tee dazu geben.

7. Anschließend Salz, Pfeffer & Petersilie hinzufügen, alles verrühren und 20 Minuten auf mittlerer Stufe köcheln lassen.

Beilage & Garnitur

1. Als Beilage empfehle ich türkischen Reis, Pilav.

Als Garnitur einen frischen Zwiebelsalat. Einfach eine rote Zwiebel in Scheiben schneiden, dazu 3 Esslöffel Petersilie, 1 TL Salz; Pfeffer und Sumach hinzufügen. Das Ganze dann mit zwei Esslöffeln Olivenöl verrühren und fertig ist die Garnitur.
