Karibu Sun Crème Brûlée

Es gibt nicht wenige Menschen, die Creme Brulee für den einzig wahren Nachtisch halten. Liebhaber der Creme mit der Karamellkruste sollten die Variante mit Karibu Sun ausprobieren. Unser Rooibos mit Zimt, Kardamom, Orangenöl und anderen Gewürzen hebt die Süßspeise auf das nächste Level.

Ingredients

15 g Karibu Sun

340 ml Milch

500 ml Creme Double

120 g Zucker

250 g Eigelb

1 Vanileschote

Zucker zum bestreuen

Preparation

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Milch, Creme Double, Zucker, Vanille und Karibu Sun in einem Topf aufkochen und 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.

2. Durch ein Sieb abgießen und in einen sauberen Topf umfüllen. Eigelb unterrühren und langsam unter ständigem Rühren erwärmen, bis die Masse leicht eindickt und auf dem Rücken eines Holzlöffels einen dicklichen Film bildet (zur Rose abziehen = die Masse bildet einen Film, der wenn man darauf pustet, Rosenblätter ähnliche Wellen bildet).

3. Die Masse in Hitze beständige Förmchen füllen und im heißen Wasserbad bei 95 Grad für 30- 45min garen. Vollständig auskühlen lassen.

4. Vor dem Servieren mit Zucker bestreuen und mit einem Gasbrenner den Zucker auf der Creme karamellisieren.
