Ein exotischer Drink, der die Aromen von Limette und Maracuja mit der floralen Süße von Holunderblütensirup verbindet. Total Reset Tee bringt die belebende Frische, während die Minze als Garnitur dem Ganzen den letzten Schliff verleiht. Der ideale Teecocktail für heiße Tage, der in der Night-Version mit einem Schuss Vodka zu einem abendlichen Highlight wird.

Das brauchst du:

4 Teaspoon(s) Total Reset

1 Piece(s) Limette, geachtelt

8 cl Maracujasaft

3 cl Holunderblütensirup

Eiswürfel

Garnitur: Frische Minze

Night Version (mit Alkohol):

6 cl Vodka

Preparation

So geht es

1. Stilles Wasser in den Tea-Jay füllen. Limetten und Holunderblütensirup in die Karaffe geben. Mit einem Stößel oder langstieligen Löffel leicht andrücken.

2. Den Maracujasaft dazugeben und alles gut umrühren.

3. Die Karaffe zu etwa zwei Dritteln mit Eiswürfeln auffüllen und das Kopfteil aufsetzen.

4. Vier Löffel Total Reset in den Filter geben. Wasser aufkochen und bis zur Oberkante der Wölbung über das Teegut gießen. Anschließend 4 Minuten ziehen lassen.

5. Nach der Ziehzeit den Griff im Deckel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um den »On-the-Rocks«-Effekt zu starten. Filter schließen und die Karaffe in großen Kreisen leicht schwenken. Teecocktail einschenken und mit frischer Minze garnieren.

Night Version (mit Alkohol):

1. Vor dem Einfüllen der Eiswürfel den Vodka in die Karaffe geben und wie oben beschrieben fortfahren.
