Pure taste and energy from freshly grated organic ginger from our friends Rebecca and Matthias Gfrörer, owners of the gourmet restaurant »Gutsküche« Wulksfelde on the great outskirts of Hamburg. Refined with apple juice, lemon juice, raw cane sugar and sea salt, this ginger paste is indispensable for spicy Asian dishes and shines with its fresh pungency. Ginger is also a delight to add to a soothing samova hot or cold drink.
